How to Return or Exchange

  2. Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label
  3. Pack your unworn, unwashed Rothy’s in their original packaging
  4. Attach the label and drop off at any UPS location

Important Details

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Exchange Options
We gladly offer exchanges for size or color within 30 days of purchase. Simply select “Exchange” when initiating your return at rothy-sshoes.com.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Gift Returns
